By submitting content to, or creating content on BlzeHost, you retain ownership of your content but grant BlzeHost a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and store the content as necessary to provide our services.
All services must be paid for in advance. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension or termination.
All payments made to BlzeHost are non-refundable except within the first 72 hours of initial purchase, provided you have not violated our Terms of Service. Refund requests must be submitted via our Discord support system.
BlzeHost reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.
While we strive for maximum uptime, BlzeHost does not guarantee 100% service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Services are subject to fair usage policies. Excessive resource usage may result in service throttling, upgrade requirements, or termination.
While we perform regular backups, users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. BlzeHost is not liable for data loss.
BlzeHost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services. We assume no liability for data loss, downtime, loss of revenue, or other types of damage resulting from the use of our service.
BlzeHost may update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
